How much does it cost?
Our pricing typically ranges from £250 to £1,200 depending on your guest count and chosen package. Each quote is tailored to your specific event needs.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event scheduled date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will try our best to reschedule your booking if notice is given 30 days in advance.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of £250 for most events within Greater Manchester to cover our setup and professional artisan service.
How long is the service?
Service duration ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your package. We usually arrive 45 minutes early for setup and churn prep.
Do you handle dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We offer a selection of dairy-free and vegan sorbets upon request. Please let us know of any severe allergies during enquiry.
