You can place an order directly through our website by clicking the 'Order Online' button, or visit our shop in Greater Manchester. For large wholesale orders, please contact our support team.
What are your delivery areas?
We currently deliver across the Greater Manchester area. You can check if your postcode is within our delivery zone at the start of the checkout process.
Can I track my ice cream delivery?
Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link so you can see exactly when your frozen treats will arrive.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum order for delivery is £15. For orders over £30, delivery is completely free of charge!
What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?
Because ice cream is a temperature-sensitive product, someone must be present to receive the order and place it in a freezer immediately. We cannot leave orders unattended.

Our standard package includes a selection of 6 flavors, 2 hours of service, toppings bar, and our specialized serving staff.

We certainly do! We have a portable scooping station that can be set up in most outdoor locations, provided we have level ground.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Our event services are designed for groups of 30 or more. For smaller gatherings, we recommend our bulk tub pre-orders.
